Previewing Automated Messages |

To preview how an Inbox or e-mail message will be displayed to users:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select Setup.
Note: If the Setup option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
Under the General heading on the Setup page, click the Inbox and E-mail Notifications link. The Inbox and E-mail Notifications page opens.
In the Notification Type column, click the notification you want to preview.
On the Edit Notification: Name of Notification page (where Name of Notification is the name of a specific notification type), click the Inbox or E-mail menu item on the left side of the page. Depending on which menu item you click, the page for editing the content of Inbox or E-mail messages opens.
Click the Preview Inbox Message Format or Preview E-mail Format link at the bottom of the page.
Notes:
Sample data is displayed based on the text and fields you entered.
If you need to edit the message further, click the Preview
Inbox Message Format or Preview
E-mail Format link to close the preview, and then make any
needed changes in the Subject and Message Body fields. You can then
click the Preview Inbox Message Format
or Preview E-mail Format link
to re-open the preview and view the changes.
