The Time & Attendance module can store a maximum of 52 exports. If you have reached this maximum number and you click the New Export button to generate a new export, you will be prompted to delete the oldest export from the list of exports on the Export page. When you delete an export from this list, you are also deleting the generated export data stored in the Time & Attendance module. Before you delete an export, download the exported data if you want to have future access to it.

You can delete specific exports at any time by following these steps:

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Maintenance.

    Note: If the Maintenance option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.

  2. Under the Payroll heading on the Maintenance page, click the Exports link.

  3. On the Exports page, select the check box in the left column for each export you want to delete.

  4. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the page.

  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click the OK button.

    Notes:
    You can only delete exports from one Exports page at a time. If your list of exports spans multiple pages, repeat this procedure for each additional page that lists exports you want to delete. Click the Next link at the top of the list to see the next page of exports. To see a previous page, click the Previous link.

    You cannot delete exports that contain projected payroll.
