Using Timeclock Reports to View Timeclock Assignments |

The Practitioner Reports group includes three timeclock reports that make it easy for you to see which employees are assigned to which timeclocks, timeclock groups, and timeclock restriction groups. The three available reports are:
Timeclock Report by Employee — Displays employees' assigned timeclocks, timeclock groups, timeclock schedule restriction windows, and timeclock restriction groups, sorted by employee.
Timeclock Report by Timeclocks— Displays employees' timeclock assignments, sorted by timeclock and then employee. Each employee's timeclock restriction group, timeclock schedule restriction window, and status are also included.
Timeclock Report by Timeclock Groups — Displays employees' timeclock group and timeclock assignments, sorted by timeclock group. Each employee's timeclock restriction group and timeclock schedule restriction window are also included.
The general procedure for running any of these reports with their default settings is:
From the Reports menu, select Time & Attendance Reports.
Note: If the Time & Attendance Reports option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
In the Reports Categories section of the Reports page (or the Reports - Home page, if report scheduling is enabled), click the Practitioner Reports link.
In the list of available reports, click the button to the left of the timeclock report you want to view. The report is displayed, in PDF format, in a new browser window.
Notes:
To view a report in this manner, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader
or Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine. If you do not have one
of these programs installed, click the Get
Acrobat Reader button near the bottom of the Reports page to
download a free copy of Acrobat Reader.
You can print the PDF report by clicking your browser's Print
button or selecting File -> Print
from the browser's menu bar.
You can save the PDF report by clicking your browser's Save
a Copy button or selecting File
-> Save As from the browser's menu bar.
