The Time & Attendance module reporting feature makes it easy for you to view, save, and print various data from the Time & Attendance module. You can access the reporting feature by selecting Time & Attendance Reports from the Reports menu.

ADP has provided your company with a set of reports. These reports are grouped into one or more report categories that are available to different types of users. Although each company can request different report category names and user privileges, in most companies, practitioner users have access to the report categories called Administrator Reports and Supervisor Reports. Depending on your company's setup, you may also have access to other report categories. You can access these reports under the Report Categories section on the main reports page.

You can generate the reports to which you have access in their standard form using the default  settings, or you can create and save personalized reports based on specific settings that you select. For example, you can define a personalized report for a specific date range, add optional report fields, and create filters to limit the data that appears in the report. Any personalized reports you create and save appear in the My Reports section on the main reports page. Keep in mind that the standard, default reports do not change. They can always be accessed in their default form through the links in the Report Categories section.

If your company has enabled the Report Scheduling feature, you can also schedule reports to be generated automatically at specific times. Scheduling reports eliminates the need to manually generate frequently used reports. You can schedule any report that you personalize and save in your My Reports section. Note that when Report Scheduling is enabled, the Reports page is divided into the Reports - Home tab and the Report Scheduling tab. If it is not enabled, these tabs do not appear and the reporting feature is presented without tabs on the Reports page. For more information, see Scheduling Reports Overview.
