No. Any report that you run will only display information about
employees that you supervise and any other employees who have
been loaned to you or who belong to security groups to which you
have access. If you need a company employee list, contact an practitioner who has access
to all security groups.
Note:
For Timecard reports, if you want to view loaned employee time,
you must apply a filter for the labor charge field (LCF) that
has been loaned to you. For instructions on adding filters to
reports, see Creating a Personalized
Report.
ADP sets up and controls which reports can be viewed by which
users, according to your company's policies. If you cannot access
a report that you think would be useful, contact your manager
or an ADP Time & Attendance Representative.
The report is probably not one of the standard reports provided
by ADP. It may be a custom report created for your company. Contact
your manager or an ADP Time & Attendance Representative
if you need help with the report.
If the report in question is a customized report that appears
in your My Reports list, your colleague cannot access the report.
Your saved reports are unique to your user ID.
If the report is a generic report and your colleague has the
same user rights that you do, he should be able to access the
report the same way you do: by clicking the appropriate link in
the Report Categories section of the Reports page.
