To review a history of attendance notifications submitted by your employees:

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Home.

    Note: If the Home option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Manager in the Role Selector.

  2. From the Home page, click the Attendance Notifications link. The Attendance Notification History page opens. All attendance notifications for the selected time frame are displayed.

  3. To specify a different date range, use the Select Date buttons and then click the Find button.

  4. To select a specific attendance notification type to view, click the Specify Type drop-down menu, select ALL, Absence, or Late Arrival, and then click the Find button.

  5. To view the details for a notification type, click the confirmation number in the Confirmation # column. The Attendance Notification Detail window opens, which displays complete information for the notification. When you finish viewing the details, click the Close button.
