To delete a recurring schedule assignment for a single employee:

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Schedules.

    Note: If the Schedules option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Manager in the Role Selector.

  2. Click the Recurring Schedules tab. The Edit Single action mode will be selected by default.

  3. In the schedule grid, click a cell that is part of the assignment you want to delete. The entire visible portion of the recurring schedule assignment will be highlighted and the details of the assignment will be displayed in the property sheet near the top of the page.

    Tip: Depending upon how your system is configured, an employee may have more than one Employee ID. You may need to adjust the Employee Filter and Schedule Filter, change the date range, and/or use the scroll bars if the recurring schedule assignment you want to delete is not visible in the schedule grid.

  4. Click the Delete button.

  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
