To view basic time pair information for all of the recent time pairs and payroll adjustments for your employees and any employees on loan to you:

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Timecards.

    Note: If the Timecards option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Manager in the Role Selector.

  2. Depending upon how your system is configured, an employee may have more than one Employee ID. If necessary, use the employee filter button (Employee Filter Button) to limit or change which employees are displayed.

  3. If necessary, use the Date drop-down menu to select a different time period to view.

Tip: If you are using the Group Labor page, it is intended to provide a summary of recent time pair information only, so the available Date options are limited to Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week, This Week, and Next Week. If you want to view time pair information outside of this range, use the Timecard Manager or the Timecard at a Glance. You cannot edit time pairs directly from the Group Labor page, but you can use the buttons and links on the page to open the Timecard Manager, from which you can edit time pairs in the current or next pay period.
