If you are a client administrator and you have the necessary authorisation, you can edit the descriptions associated with existing termination reason codes.

  1. In Administrator Services, click the Configuration tab.

  2. On the Configuration tab, click the Global Settings subtab.

  3. Under the Reason Codes heading on the Global Settings subtab, click the Termination Reason Codes link to view a list of all existing termination reason codes.

  4. On the Termination Reason Codes page, click the code with the description that you want to edit.

  5. On the Termination Reason Code page, edit the Description field for each culture supported by your company.

    Note: You can edit the Description fields only. You cannot edit a termination reason code ID. To edit the ID, you must delete the entire termination reason code, and then create a new code with the desired ID.

  6. Click the Submit button.
