As a supervisor, you may be required by your company to oversee the approval of employee timecards for the employees you supervise. Depending on your company's timecard approval policies, this may include approving the timecards of the employees you supervise (Supervisor Timecard Approval) and/or ensuring that the employees you supervise approve their own timecards (Employee Timecard Approval).

Note: Your company may be set up so that once a supervisor (or loan supervisor) approves an entry on an employee's timecard, the entry is locked and the employee cannot make any further changes to it. If your company is configured this way, employees can only edit entries on their timecards that have not yet been approved by their supervisor (or loan supervisor).
