Clocking Employees Overview
Clocking type employees record their worked time using the Clock In, Clock Out, and Lunch Out icons that appear on the My Home page. These icons act like a web-based punch clock. Clicking any one of them creates a record that is stamped with the current date and time.
Clocking employees can use the clocking icons to perform the following time reporting activities:
Clocking employees can use the Timecard icon to view a read-only entry that displays the time they have reported.
Note: Some clocking employees are also time-based entry employees. For these employees, the timecard is editable rather than read-only.
