Regardless of your time-entry type, you can use ezLaborManager's Timecard features to view the time you have reported. The timecard allows you to enter or edit your time (if you are a time or hours based employee) and find detailed information about time you have previously recorded for any date range up to 31 days. It provides a quick way to review summary information about your time and associated earnings for a specific pay period.

Displays, in a calendar view, a summary of your recorded and scheduled time for one pay period. See Viewing Your Timecard Summary.

Displays, in a list view, detailed information about your recorded time for any period of up to 31 consecutive days. See Reading Your Time Entries.

Can display information for a past pay period, the current pay period, or the next pay period.

Can display information about a single day, a predefined range of dates (such as "This Week"), or a user-defined date range.

Displays only one time pair per day. If more than one work period has been recorded on one day, the earliest start time and latest end time are listed in the calendar view.

Displays each block of worked time as a single line and can display multiple work periods on a single day.

Does not display labor category information, but does summarize basic earnings code information.

Displays complete information about the earnings codes and labor categories associated with each recorded work segment.

Cannot be used to enter data.

Can be used by time-based timecard employees and hours-based timecard employees to record their time and edit their timecards. Some clocking employees can also enter and edit information using the timecard.

Allows easy comparison of reported work time to scheduled time.

Displays scheduled work times until they are overwritten with actual work times (so scheduling information for future days can be seen, but worked time cannot be compared to anticipated scheduled time after it is reported).

Is displayed with the Payroll Summary, which summarizes payroll information and earnings associated with the pay period and timecard. (Any Supplemental Earnings that have been reported also appear on the same page.) See Viewing a Summary of Your Earnings.

Does not display payroll or supplemental earnings information, but includes links for accessing this information.

Displays (in the Payroll Summary section that accompanies it) a summary of the processing errors for all of the time records for the pay period. See Viewing Your Timecard Processing Status.

Displays status information for each timecard entry and provides a pop-up window that provides an explanation of each error. See Viewing Information about Timecard Exceptions.

Displays the approval status of your timecard and provides a link to the Timecard Approval page. See Approving Your Timecard.
