Each time you export data from the Time & Attendance module, an export summary is created. The summary provides basic information about the specific export, including the export status, the number of records exported, the export description, the pay period for the export, the export type (payroll or accrual), and the export creation date. From the export summary, you can open the Export Detail page for more information about the export.

To view export information:

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Maintenance.

Note: If the Maintenance option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.

  2. Under the Payroll heading on the Maintenance page, click the Exports link.

    Notes:
The Exports page displays a summary for each exported file. For a description of each column on the page, see The Exports Page.

You cannot view the data that was actually exported. You can only view a summary of the export. To view the actual data, you can double-click the .CSV or .at file. You can also view the exported data by opening it in your payroll processing application.

The Time & Attendance module can store a maximum of 52 export summaries. If you have 52 and you click the New Export button, you are prompted to delete the oldest export summary from the list. When you delete a summary, you are also deleting the generated exported data. However, you can generate a new export for the data at any time.

You can also delete specific export records, as necessary.

  3. To view additional details about an export, click the description in the Description column to open the Export Detail page. In addition to the information that appears on the Exports page, the following fields appear on the Export Detail page:
