  |

As a practitioner, you can view the rates that have been assigned to any employee who belongs to a security group to which you have access.
To view an employee's assigned rates:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select Maintenance.
Note: If the Maintenance option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
Under the Employee heading on the Maintenance page, click the Employee Positions (or Employees) link
Click the

button (next to the Find button). The Employee ID Lookup
window opens. Select the employee whose rates you want to view. The
Employees page refreshes and displays information about the selected
	 employee.
Click the

button next to the employee's name. The Employee Information window
	 opens.
Scroll to the Rates section near the bottom of the window.
Notes:
The Employee Information window displays only base rates and job rates
that are assigned at the employee level. Global job rates and any
rates associated with wage rate programs (whether at the employee
or pay group level) are not displayed.

The Rates Schedule section in the window displays the description,
effective date, and rate amount for all base rates defined for the
	 employee. As a practitioner,
you can assign or edit base
	 rates as necessary.

The Labor Rates Schedule section displays the job and department criteria,
effective date, and rate amount for all job rates assigned to the
	 employee. As a practitioner,
you can assign or edit employee
	 job rates as necessary.

To print the information in the Employee Information window, click
	 the Print button at the
	 top of the window.
Tips:
Depending on your company's security settings, manager
users may also be able to see employee rates on the Information
  tab of the My Employees
  page, or by clicking the

 button wherever it appears in
 the Manager role. Employees
can view their own rates from the My Information
  page
 in

 the
 Employee role.
As a practitioner,
you can also run the Employee Rates Report to view rates for multiple
 employees. See for more information.
