Clocking type employees record their worked time using the Clock In, Clock Out, and Lunch Out buttons that appear on the Home page. These buttons act like a web-based punch clock. Clicking any one of them creates a record that is stamped with the current date and time.

Clocking employees can use the clocking buttons to perform the following time reporting activities:

Clocking employees can use the Time Sheet button to view a read-only entry that displays the time they have reported.

Note: Some clocking employees are also time-based entry employees. For these employees, the time sheet is editable rather than read-only.
