When an employee’s status is changed to terminated in ezLaborManager, a termination reason code must be provided. Your company can create custom codes that indicate something about the nature of the termination (for example, whether it was due to retirement or to disciplinary measures).

• Create termination reason codes

• Create termination reason codes based on existing codes

• Edit existing termination reason codes

• Delete termination reason codes
