The Schedules page includes a schedule grid that displays scheduling information for up to 100 employees and up to 31 days at one time. You can use the schedule grid to view, create, edit, or delete schedules for one or more employees. Some of the key features of the Schedules page include:

The main area of the Schedules page consists of two tabs. The Daily Schedules tab allows you to view, create, modify, and delete daily schedules (schedules that are not based on a repeating, template-based pattern) for one or more employees. The Recurring Schedules tab allows you to assign pattern-based recurring schedules, view recurring schedule assignments, and remove or modify recurring schedule assignments for one or more employees.

Each tabhas three distinct action modes that allow you to perform different schedule management tasks. The tables in the sections below list these action modes and the tasks that can be performed from each.

When the Schedules page is first opened, the Daily Schedules tab is displayed by default. From this tab you can view employee schedules and create, modify, and delete daily schedule records (also known as schedule deviations) for one or more employees on one or more days.
